Dr. Nick Rivers-Moore

Honorary Research Fellow

With a PhD in environmental hydrology, and as a Pr.Sci.Nat.-registered researcher and consulting aquatic ecologist, I have built up extensive expertise and professional experience working in river systems over the past 20 years.  My research interests primarily focus on the field of environmental hydrology, where I have applied my skills across disciplines including freshwater conservation planning; climate change; ecological modeling; pest blackfly and trout ecology; and catchment-level predictions of wetland occurrence, types and ecological condition.  I am currently co-editor for the African Journal of Aquatic Science, and subject editor for Water SA.
